I put up my first hiking trip report in a long time after hiking Mt Mansfield, the highest mountain in Vermont on Sunday.

After what seemed like a month of rain, there was a rare sighting of the sun over the weekend. I took advantage of it by hiking Mt. Osceola and East Osceola in the White Mountains. The bright spot of all the rain is that everything has become very green. Below is a view from the summit of Mt. Osceola. It appeared as if there was a lush green carpet all over everything.
